Processing & Dispatch Time

Our processing and packaging time starts from the moment an order is accepted. Each order is quality checked and carefully packaged before sending to ensure your favourite trading cards and collectibles arrive to you safely. Whilst we will do everything, we can to ensure your parcels make it to their destination as quickly as possible. Once the parcels are in the care of the courier company, we are not responsible for the delivery.

Any order placed before 8am will be packaged and shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after 9am will be packaged and shipped on the next business day. All Collectible HQ postage orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

**Please note this excludes orders with pre-order items**

Australia Delivery

We ship with Australia Post only. Standard shipping can vary from 2 to 7 business days, but in most cases, you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.

Express delivery is next business day delivery as long as ordered before 9am and the shipping address is within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html). Express delivery can sometimes take up to 3 business days elsewhere.

Current delivery times may be different due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic.

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  •  AU Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for all orders
  •  AU Express Shipping: $25 flat rate on all orders
  •  Free Shipping: Free standard shipping applies to all orders Australian orders over $250

Pre-Order Items

If your cart contains any pre-order items, the entire order will be sent when all items are in stock.

We recommend that you place separate orders for in-stocked items and pre-ordered items, if you wish to receive your items that are in stock earlier.

The manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date, apologies in advance for any delays this may cause.

International Shipping

International shipping rates will vary depending on region. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.


Standard Deliveries: approximately 14-30 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities.

Please keep in mind that we allow for extra time due to Covid delays. 

Customs & Duty- International

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.  

We operate using a Delivered at place (DAP) system, this is also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that we (Collectible HQ) are only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery.
