Pre-Order Policy
In the interest of granting our valued customers further piece of mind when purchasing with us, Collectible HQ allows certain exclusive products to be pre-ordered and paid for prior to their official release date so that you are able to secure your product.
This is a premium service we offer to ensure that stock of a limited product is reserved and will be shipped out to you immediately upon the official release date – allowing you to spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your games!
As product release dates keep changing, please check the pre-order product's page for the most up to date information on ETA as we receive it. Below are the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy.

Pre-Order Product ETAs
We endeavour to provide a release date on every pre-order product we list on our website.
These Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can be found within the first line of the relevant product’s description.
Please note that all ETAs are provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond Collectible HQ control including (but not limited to), publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages or publisher manufacturing issues.
In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavour to notify all customers affected whenever major delays (more than 2 months) occur.
When will I receive my pre-order?
Products marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to.
In this situation, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch until its official release date.
Orders placed containing a pre-order product
If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the pre-order product is stocked in to our warehouse or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived.
Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items unless you are happy to wait for the entire order to be in stock regardless of any delays.
If you have already placed an order and would like your in-stock item(s) to be sent before your pre-order item(s) arrive in-stock, an additional shipping charge will apply. Please email us at info@collectiblehq.com.au with your order number to request an order split.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
We offer a 3-day grace period if you change your mind. You may cancel your order without penalty within that time.
If you would like your pre-order cancelled outside the 3-day grace period, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total item value.
Paying with PayPal for an order that contains a "Pre-order" item where the delivery date on the "Pre-order" item exceeds PayPal's buyer protection date is done at the risk of the customer. Items that are for "Pre-order" are cleared marked with "Pre-order" when purchasing.
Placing a pre-order means that you agree to these terms.
